I felt like I was working with a compassionate family instead of a business. Charlie Dannel went above and beyond!!! He suggested bringing some of... more my moms paintings and the mosaic vase she wanted her ashes in, to the family night. We had a lot of nice comments about that. They took care of details (even offered to drive all the plants and flowers to our house). They were fair and clear about costs. I felt reassured that they were taking care of everything and I could just focus on my family and what we were all there for.... hide
