Pat's sensitivity to a family member of the deceased during family night was amazing. Pat gently offered the distraught cousin the use of a... more private office and a glass of water so she could regain her composure before returning to greet visitors. It was done with such discretion and caring professionalism. Nobody noticed a thing. It gave the relative a chance to catch her breath and continue the evening in the way she wanted.
